These terms and conditions apply to your use of this internet site www.inspiretravelco.com. By using this Site you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Pricing

The prices quoted by Inspire Travel are based on the information available to us, but are subject to change at any time up to the date of departure without notice due to fluctuations in exchange rates, increases in land and airfare costs, or any other reason.

Changes

Itineraries are subject to alteration if airline schedules are amended, the operator for whatever reason cancels a tour, or other conditions require it. If, in the unlikely event that we have to cancel your booking because of insufficient numbers booked or because of events outside our control, we will, if we are able to, offer you an alternative tour of a similar standard.

Booking

Bookings must be made at least 45 days prior to travel and full payment is due and payable to Inspire travel to our bank by bank transfer or credit card 45 days prior to travel.

Bookings made less than 45 days prior to travel: Bookings made within 45 days of travel must provide a credit card guarantee at the time of booking, if the booking is available exactly as requested full payment will automatically be taken.

All Accommodation bookings are subject to availability and we will inform you of this in our confirmation file.

We are not responsible for any changes made by a supplier to the balance due, as date and prices are not guaranteed until payment has been made in full and documents have been processed and issued to you. All bookings are subject to availability at time of booking.

Booking Amendment

Flexibility is our strongest point. You can amend your booking once it is made. Just contact us at [email protected] with your booking number and our reservations team will gladly to amend your booking accordingly.

Cancellation Policy

There is a NON REFUNDABLE deposit of 30 USD for any air ticket issued as part of a booking

Cancellations will be charged as follows

+ 45 days before arrival: No cancellation charge. We Guarantee 100% Money Back
+ under 45 days before arrival: 100USD per booking. This will be available as credit for 1 year if you wish to re-book, after 1 year it will be forfeit.
+ 14 days before arrival: 50%
+ 7 days before arrival: 100 %
+ No show: 100%

Refund

All refund requests must be made in writing, and made direct to us or through the Agent from whom the travel arrangements were purchased. Claims must be made within 10 days of completion of travel arrangements. Refunds will not be made for bookings canceled due to inclement weather or illness as these must be claimed through your travel Insurance. A $60 processing fee applies to all approved refunds. No refunds will be made for services once travel arrangements have commenced. No guarantee is provided or warranted that any refund will be available.

Liability

Inspire Travel is not responsible for any loss, injury or damage sustained by travelers. Additional expenses incurred due to delays, accidents, natural disaster, political actions and unrest must be borne by the traveler. All travelers are required to have full travel insurance.

Airline schedules and local conditions may affect accommodation and itineraries. Should this occur, Inspire Travel will endeavor to substitute a suitable arrangement of similar value. Participation in any tours implies full agreement to the above conditions by all parties involved.

Gift Voucher or Coupon:

Gift voucher or Coupon can be used for package tours only and transferred to thirt party. Gift voucher or Coupon must be booked at least 03 months before departure date. Others normal term and condition will be applied and Voucher or Coupon may not be exchanged for cash, may be neither exchanged nor refunded. Voucher or Coupon refunds are only possible in the case of refundable bookings and will not be made in cash, but in the form of a credit note which may be used for another booking.

Passport and Entry Visa

Your passport must be valid for at least six months following your entry date to your travel destination.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are in possession of a valid passport and visa and all travel documents are valid for travel.

Inspire Travel strongly advises that you purchase a comprehensive travel insurance policy to cover all aspects of your tour: the loss of baggage and personal items, personal injury and death. A waiver must be signed if insurance is declined.
