Explore the Cambodian countryside by Quad; visit seldom seen temples and the Phnom Tamao Wildlife Rescue Centre. Departing by quad at 7am, we cross the forest, unusual bridges and streams, and visit small colorful villages. Enjoy a picnic lunch with the locals at Tonle Bati Lake from where you can visit Ta Prohm and Yeay Peau temples. In the afternoon we arrive at the wildlife rescue center, a sanctuary for animals saved from the illegal wildlife trade. Of particular interest is the 'Free the Bears' rescue center, housing about 80 Asiatic black bears and the smaller sun bears. In the past they suffered terrible mistreatment, now at the center they are being cared for and have plenty of space to thrive.
