In the south of the lake the ruins of Indein are certainly worth a visit. Partly covered by vegetation the area looks like a "pagoda forest". We will walk for about 1 hour to take in the fantastic view over the lake and visit the primary school in Tha Ley village. A home cooked lunch will be served with a family in a local house. After our feast, we continue towards the Nam Pan village for something very different – a canoe trip to the floating gardens. If you get too tired paddling yourself, you can take the option to be picked up by motorboat, which will deliver you back to your hotel.
