We finish our morning at the 1960's White Building that was created in an attempt to offer comfortable low-cost housing for civil servants. During the rule of the Khmer Rouge, people were forced to leave and the building fell into disrepair. We take the unique opportunity to attend a performance of a music class in this building, sharing the joy of music with the children.
